Pontypridd Museum
The children enjoyed an afternoon at Pontypridd Museum looking at the different styles of artists paintings, such as Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet. They investigated shadows, lighting, colour and perspective. They had a fabulous time.

Message in a Bottle
We went to a sunny (mostly) Barrybados where we created expressive beach art with natural beach materials in groups. The coastguard spoke to the children and allowed them to sit in the vehicle, turn the lights on and try on all the coast guarding equipment. 2 mysterious bottles with messages in were found by the children near the rocks. The children are learning and researching where the bottles came from in class. The children had a wonderful day.
